For agencies and sales teams

Generate and manage local business leads with your entire team.

Create an organization in ScrapePlaces, invite your colleagues and work together on Google Maps business research. Everyone sees the same searches, tasks and results, so nobody repeats work or passes spreadsheets around.

How a team works

From one account to a shared workspace in three steps.

The agency owner sets it up once. After that, the team works from the same place.

Step 1

Create the organization

Sign up, name your agency or team, and you become its owner. It takes a minute and there is nothing to install.

Step 2

Invite your colleagues

Enter their email addresses. Each person gets a personal link that works once, for that address only, and joins your team.

Step 3

Work on the same leads

Everyone sees the searches the team ordered and how they are going, opens the same results and exports the lists they need.

Your team

Invite colleagues and manage who is on the team.

The owner invites people by email address, can remove them, and can make another colleague an owner. Up to 25 people can work in one organization.

Shared searches and results

Everyone sees what the team is working on.

Each search a colleague orders appears in the team's task list with its status and who ordered it. Open the results, review them together and export the lists you need.

Sharing starts as soon as a second person joins the organization.

Clear from the start

What the team shares, and what stays personal.

Shared with your team

  • Tasks: the searches your colleagues ordered, and how they are going
  • Results: the collected business records of those tasks
  • Exports: download the same lists as your colleagues
  • The team page: who is on the team, and who is invited

Stays personal

  • Your balance and payments: each person pays for the lists they order
  • Your own sign-in and password
  • Research lookups and saved contacts

How agencies use it

Built for people who sell to local businesses.

Build outreach lists

Pull phones and emails by category and city, split the territory between colleagues and keep every list in one place.
